Placing an order through this website is a request to purchase, not a completed sale. An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and verified by us.

Unpaid orders are not reserved. Artworks remain available for sale to other buyers until payment for an order is confirmed.

Payment must be made to the bank account details shown at checkout and on your invoice. We are not responsible for payments sent to any other account. Always verify account details with us via WhatsApp before transferring if you are unsure.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a pricing or listing error has occurred. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed on your invoice.

While we take care to describe artworks accurately, occasional errors in pricing, dimensions, or descriptions may occur. We are not bound by obvious errors and will contact you to resolve any discrepancy before proceeding.

Artwork colours and textures may appear differently on screens than in person due to display differences and photographic lighting. Such variation is not a defect and does not constitute grounds for a claim.

Delivery timeframes given are estimates only. Once a parcel is handed to a courier, delivery is subject to the courier's schedules and conditions, and we are not liable for delays, mishandling, or losses caused by the courier.

Risk in the artwork passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your artwork upon receipt and report any damage to us within 48 hours with photographs.

If a piece does not meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return. Returned artworks must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was materially misdescribed.

Custom or commissioned works are made to order and are non-returnable except where damaged in transit or materially different from the agreed specification.

All artwork images, text, and branding on this website are the property of RamisArtGallery and/or the artist. Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only — copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without written permission.

Reviews displayed on this website are the personal opinions of their authors, not statements by us. We moderate submissions but do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content, and we may decline or remove any review at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may revise these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
